What To Expect
Our Process
Our 5-Step Approach is a simple and efficient method for delivering complete Agile Transformations. These five steps guide us through the transformation process as we adapt to new discoveries and learnings.
1. DISCOVERY
As the very first step, we conduct an Executive Workshop with key stakeholders to evaluate the organization's current state and readiness for the Agile Transformation
This helps us understand the existing processes, company culture and current challenges. in the organization.
Executive leadership identification and engagement begins here, which is critical to the success of any transformation.
2. TRAINING
Agile Training begins at this stage; however, it is an ongoing process, and it continues throughout the transformation journey.
We start with Leadership training, followed by Team and Role specific trainings.
We strongly believe that Effective Training lays a solid foundation for the Agile transformation journey. Our training programs offer hands-on exercises and real-life examples to ensure deep understanding of the chosen framework, tools and roles & responsibilities.
3. VISION & STRATEGY
Next, we define the goals and objectives of the transformation based on the evaluation.
This helps bring clarity and establishes accurate expectations from the get-go. Clearly defined business outcomes and values are pivotal in aligning various business units and stakeholders across the organization.
We help establish a team structure tailored to the chosen framework and requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's nature, desired outcomes and overall business maturity.
4. PILOT TEAM & ADOPTION
Following the vision definition, strategy development, and requisite trainings, we initiate the transformation journey with a single pilot team. This serves as the initial step in paving the way for a successful end-to-end implementation.
A Pilot team serves as a practical testing ground, allowing to learn, adapt and revise the plan before scaling the practices across entire the organization.
Team training and coaching continues through this step, ensuring a smooth and seamless adoption process.
5. SCALE & SUSTAIN
In this final step, we shift our focus on scaling the adoption across the broader organization by actively engaging teams from various other functional units.
To maintain consistency and ensure the sustainability of adoption, we collaborate in defining key metrics and strategies for assessing outcomes.
We continue to collaborate with the teams to support them through coaching and additional trainings as necessary.
