Hi, I bring over 18 years of experience in IT, with 13 years dedicated to Agile practices. I have led several large-scale initiatives for clients across diverse sectors like oil & gas, banking, insurance, construction, travel & logistics, and more.
As a certified SAFe Practice Consultant and Agile Coach, I have been engaged in many Agile Transformations to help adopt a Lean-Agile mindset. Over time, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP. I have also worked with a lot of ALM tools, like Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow, to support efficient Agile processes.
I am very passionate about guiding individuals and organizations to adopt Agile & SAFe effectively. My training approach is engaging, interactive, and fun. I strive to provide a collaborative learning environment, ensuring everyone gets the maximum value from the training experience.
