No. There is no mandatory prerequisite for enroling in this training. However, to get the most out of this training program, it is highly recommended that you have mid-level expertise in Agile / Scrum or Project / Product Management.

Yes, you can request for a refund up to 24 hours before your first session. You may also reschedule and attend the training at a later date, if you are unable to attend on the scheduled date. All the adjustments need to be informed at least 24 hours before the first session.
Yes, you will receive the student workbook as well as access to articles and videos related to the course 24 hours before the training begins.
Yes, the training includes the Certification Exam Fee, if taken within 30 days after the training. You will get access to take the exam after attending the 2 day training
Yes, the SAFe Agilist certificate is valid for one year. You will need to renew it annually for $100. Renewal fee is subject to change.

You can report and claim your PDUs on the PMI website directly by following the steps below:
1. Log into your PMI account
2. Go to the 'Report PDUs' page:

4. Enter the Claim Code provided at the end of your training
