Is there a prerequisite for enrolling in this training?

No. There is no mandatory prerequisite for enroling in this training. However, to get the most out of this training program, it is highly recommended that you have mid-level expertise in Agile / Scrum or Project / Product Management. 

What will I receive after enrolling in this training?

This training includes the following: 

Live Online training for two days (16 hours) provided by experienced Scaled Agile Practioner (SPC)

1 Year Membership of SAFe Studio (Learning & Collaboration Platform by Scaled Agile Inc.)

Certification study material (inclues videos, articles and much more)

1 Free Practice Test 

1 Certification Exam attempt

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the training for any reason?

Yes, you can request for a refund up to 24 hours before your first session. You may also reschedule and attend the training at a later date, if you are unable to attend on the scheduled  date. All the adjustments need to be informed at least 24 hours before the first session. 

Do you provide training material for exam preparation and future reference?

Yes, you will receive the student workbook as well as access to articles and videos related to the course 24 hours before the training begins.

First retake - May be taken immediately after the first failed attempt. 

Second retake - May be taken 10 days after the first retake.

Third retake - May be taken 30 days after the second retake. 

All subsequent retakes require a 30-day wait.

Is the Exam Fee included in the training?

Yes, the training includes the Certification Exam Fee, if taken within 30 days after the training. You will get access to take the exam after attending the 2 day training

Do I need to renew the certification?

Yes,  the SAFe Agilist certificate is valid for one year. You will need to renew it annually for $100. Renewal fee is subject to change. 

What are the modes of payment for enrollment?

How can I claim the PDUs and SEUs?

You can report and claim your PDUs on the PMI website directly by following the steps below:

1. Log into your PMI account

2. Go to the 'Report PDUs' page:

3. Under 'PDU Claim Code' click "I have a claim code"

4. Enter the Claim Code provided at the end of your training

For SEU

1. Log into your Scrum Alliance account

2. Go to the "SEUs' page

3. Add SEU under "Training" activity category

4. Add activity title, description, hours and date

5. Submit the SEU
